• We are not liable if your WhatsApp account is restricted, suspended, or banned by Meta due to policy violations, spam activities, or misuse.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our API services for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages without proper user consent.
• Promoting illegal goods, gambling services, or adult content.
• Harassing, abusing, or violating the privacy rights of any individual or entity.

4. Service Uptime

While we strive to provide maximum uptime and uninterrupted services, RD Leadify is not responsible for disruptions caused by Meta’s infrastructure, server outages, maintenance windows, or third-party network failures.

5. Limitation of Liability

RD Leadify shall not be held liable for any financial loss, business interruption, account suspension, data loss, or other damages resulting from policy violations, technical issues, or external service disruptions.
